After receiving your order, our jewelry artists will meticulously work on every detail to create your very own LALANA JEWEL'S. Because every item is handcrafted with love and made to order, we ask that you would please allow 3-4 business days for complete processing. Please do not confuse this with shipping time, as this will be covered below.

2 to 5 business days for engraved items 

5 to 7 days for nameplate and cut items

US- DOMESTIC: 5-15 business days
NON US- INTERNATIONAL: 21-31 business days 

Therefore, it generally takes 7-10 business days (PROCESSING+SHIPPING) after the order date to receive your order, this differs due to the complexity of different items and locations.

Please note that "ship by" date on your invoice is NOT equivalent to the actual "delivery" date.
